Malay song

• Honestly, I used to look down on Malay songs. For me Malay songs have no qualities compared with songs from other countries especially US. I tend to think that if I listen to Malay songs, it will lower my IQ level. Plus its not cool to listen to those kind of songs when BSB and Nsync dominated the world.
• I used to laugh secretly to those who listen to Amuk, XPDC Wings and Kristal. "Lagu macam sengal je.Coih!!".
• But as the malay saying goes "Jangan benci sangat dengan satu benda, nanti benda tu dapat kat kita", I started to listen and appreciate Malay songs when I grow older and wiser.
• I started to dig up old Malay songs and thought all the fun stuff that I have missed when I look down on Malay songs.
• When I busy stuffing my head with "As long as you love me", and "You drive me crazy", other boys were enjoying themselves with "Jernih" and "Hentian ini".
• Now that Im older and wiser, I started to appreciated Malay songs more than ever. I can see that Malay songs also as good as those that come from outside. Wings are far more better than White snakes and Search are extremly good compared with ACDC.
• To be honest its been sometimes since I tune on to English-song station such as Fly.fm and Hitz.fm. I prefer X.fm and Sinar.fm nowadays. I love our local act and I will continue to support it by listening to their songs and enjoying their shows.
• Therefore, those of you who think Malaysia dont have any capable artistes or bands do think again. There are many 'superstars' among us.
• Proud to be Malaysian.

Penang

• As far as I remember, this is the third time I went to Penang for my vacation. This time around I went there with my hommies and bunch of friends.
• Its a long awaited vacation since I need to get away from my normal life for a while. The prospect of being a tourist really excites me.
• The first day wasnt so good for its was raining heavily. Eventhough the weather is not on our side, we still managed to get our hands on some nasi kandaq, roti nan and beriyani claypot. Yummy!
• The second day was awesome. We spend the whole day tripping around Penang. We also hunted down some great Penang food such as Mee sotong, cendol cina ( i forgot the name) and Nasi kandar beratur. What a day.
• At night we went to Hard rock hotel. We took a walk and it was damn far away. I guess my age is catching up on me. I got tired easily. Owh my. Suddenly I miss being a teenager.
• Hardrock hotel was awesome. Eventhough I felt quite disappointed because there were no live band that night.
• The third day was a short one since we all nedd to get our asses back to KL. I spent the morning time swimming. Damn I love to swim. ;D
• There it goes. My first vacation for this year. Simple but full and fun.

Pakat mai sini

Yeay!! Tomorrow is my long awaited holiday. Again the destination is Penang. I dont care. How many times I go there, I still love Penang. I love holiday. Yeay!!

Cuti

• Cuti2 ni buatkan gua lebih art dari hari yang lain. Waktu pagi di habiskan mecari riff2 terbaru guna gitar karen pinjam Abok. Agak2 lapar sikir aq masuk plak kulinari art di dapur. Bawang ada, cili giling ada, maggi ada. Jadi la maggi goreng merah menyala.
• Di samping art di gitar dan dapur, aq juga terlibat dalam art di You tube. Aq akan sibuk mencari material2 yang deep dan terkesan di hati. Maka aq pun terjumpalah video band yang hebat suatu ketika dulu. Namanya Rage against the machine atau budak2 dulu panggil RATM.
• Nama pon dah marah2. Nampak sangat depa ni tak puas hati dgn sesuatu. Aq suka semangat begini sebab aq tak puas hati dengan rejim zionis dan birokrasi. Dulu masa mula- mula dengar RATM sumpah aq tak berapa nak paham. Sebutan Zack de La Rocha memang macam haram. PErnah jugak hati aq terdetik, dia ni nyanyi ke bersajak. Hati gua panas dgr band2 macma ni. Biasa a.Masa tu darah muda.
• Bila dahmenginjak usia, baru aq paham betapa art nya band. Dari segi musik, lirik dan lagu memang mantap. Sangat garang dan tak puas hati. Membangkitkan semangat juang aq.
• Oleh itu adik2 sekalian, jangan dengar je terus suka. Pastu shuffle sana, B boy sini. Hayati dulu apa yang korang dengar. Barulah ART!!

June

• I say hello to June after I said goodbye to May. Thank for being a great month for me May. See you next year.
• On the good note, June starts with me having a long holiday. I will be in Penang this weekeend and for sure Im going to enjoy myself. Its a long awaited holiday. Cant wait to get my hand on nasi kandaq ayam madu. Yummy!!
• June also is the last month for me to laze around before I return to my hectic life. Therefore I want to cherish every second of June and spend it wisely with my friends and family.
• Lastly I pray that the humanitarian convoy to Gaza will reach their destination safe and sound. Nobody said it would be an easy journey. I salute those volunteers. To hell with the Jews. Zionis hanjeng!
